The most useful first message says four things: the number, list or standard you are being asked to act on; who is asking you to act on it; when they need an answer; and what you would like to be true. A redacted list is enough. Please do not send member data, claims or anything identifiable in a first message; the first look does not need it, and the practice would rather not hold it.
I read every message and reply to every one, including the ones where the honest answer is that there is nothing worth doing. That answer is free, and it is still a second read.
If you are already in an engagement, the instruments are behind the sign-in on this site, and your engagement file opens in any of them. The sign-in admits a named list; it is not a general account, and there is nothing to register for.
